Muradnagar UNO will set Observer haphazardly

The constituency Coordinator submitted earlier the list of observers and their address and mobile number to UNO Muradnagar. He requested to UNO for select observer for near or consecutive union for easy communication and caste his/her vote. The UNO replied he will set observer as where he wish. He will not consider in distance and communication. He is not starting the process of ID card issue.
