Observer have recieve Card from Upazila Office

Now 10.25PM (26 Dec'08) all Constituency Coordinator and District Coordinator are meeting with ADC Revenue of Brahmanbaria district at DC office. The ADC Revenue called them in his office and said DC will forward all observers CVs to upazila Office and all Observers have come at Upazila Returning Officer's office for receiving Observer ID card with signature. Observers must be submitted their National ID photocopy and educational certificates copy. The EWG representative (CC) says it is impossible for observer to receive their card form upazila office. They frightened for police calling. They are now afraid. The time is very short. The Constituency Coordinator and District Coordinator think the district administration is just time passing.
